Aiming at the problem that the multihead weigher cannot be started with heavy loads, three methods are adopted at this stage: 1. Reduce the damage of iron ore to mechanical equipment. The traditional method is to reduce the inclination angle of the rear wall of the silo according to the specific conditions of each company and according to the test. , but this kind of practice will make the raw material decline smoothly and cause bad harm to production. In order to better not harm production on the one hand, and deal with the impact problem on the other hand, it is possible to reduce the impact of iron ore into the hopper. To carry out the particle size distribution limitation, if it must be less than 800mm, there are special regulations on the thickness of the back side of the machine, if it must be more than one meter; 2. It can also improve the impact resistance of the machine and equipment, which can be improved according to the improvement The supporting point load-bearing beam on the rear side of the machine equipment and the impact resistance working ability of the guide rail on the rear side of the weightless feeder can be improved; 3. It can also be changed in many aspects according to the starting working ability of the main motor of the proofreading machine equipment. , the results show that the reason why the multihead weigher can not start with light load is mainly because the starting torque of the main motor of the weightless feeder does not match the load torque. Therefore, the main motor of the machinery and equipment has been replaced, and the main motor of the weightless feeder can be adopted, which is not only economical but also meets the requirements of light-load starting.
