The weight sensor on the automatic multihead weigher is a very critical component of the net weight sorting machine. Its function is mainly used to measure the net weight of the sieved object and convert it into an output data signal. According to the connection with the electronic computer, it can carry out the precise measurement and operation of automatic technology, integration and intelligent system for the objects to be screened.
This is the substance of contemporary precise measurement technology combined with electronic computer technology. The multihead weigher tension pressure sensor is a very high-precision component, so we must maintain the tension pressure sensor in addition to the maintenance of the net weight sorting machine. The tension pressure sensor is generally installed in the auditorium of the sorting machine scale.
When the raw material on the transmission belt passes through the net weight sorting machine scale body, the net weight of the raw material is applied to the load cell through the weighing mechanism. The load sensor obtains the working voltage data signal, and the sensor measures and transmits it to the system software control board. After the system software control board measures, the instantaneous speed net weight of the raw materials and the total compliance rate are obtained. It can be seen that the maintenance of the tension pressure sensor is very important.
In the whole process of application, 1. After the machine is shut down every day, the raw materials on the sensor of the net weight sorting machine should be removed immediately, so as to prevent the long-term load of raw materials from jeopardizing the precision of the sensor and the accuracy of inspection. 2. Tighten all components on time to prevent the natural environment with large electromagnetic fields and obvious heat transfer to prevent influence. 3. We must also remove the dust on the machinery and equipment on time and maintain the cleanliness of the machinery and equipment to prevent damage to the inspection of the net weight of each component of the net weight sorting machine.
