The multihead weigher, also known as the automatic multihead weigher, is a weighing device used in the modern production workshop assembly line. In the production line, the multihead weigher is based on dynamic weighing technology, which realizes the automatic transportation of "in motion" products to the weighing platform for weighing and automatic classification and rejection. The multihead weigher is mainly composed of conveyor (measurement part), load cell, display controller and other parts.
It is a system specially used for automatic weighing and sorting in the assembly line, which can detect the weight of products with high precision and high speed, and effectively control the generation of defective products, thereby improving the quality of production products. So how does the enterprise use the multihead weigher, and what problems should be paid attention to when using the multihead weigher? Let's take a look. How to use the multihead weigher 1. Maintain good weighing habits when using it.
During the weighing process, try to place it in the middle of the electronic multihead weigher, so that the platform scale sensor can balance the force. Avoid the uneven force of the weighing platform and the fine inclination, which will lead to inaccurate weighing and affect the service life of the electronic platform scale. 2. Check whether the horizontal steam drum is centered before each use to ensure the accuracy of weighing. 3. Clean the sundries on the sensor frequently. So as not to resist the sensor, resulting in inaccurate weighing and jumping 4. Always check whether the wiring is loose, broken, and whether the grounding wire is reliable. What problems should be paid attention to when using the multihead weigher 1. The sensor of the multihead weigher is a very sensitive measurement device, be careful. Vibration, crushing or dropping objects on the weighing table (weighing conveyor) should be avoided.
Do not place tools on the weighing table. 2. During the transportation of the multihead weigher, the weighing conveyor needs to be fixed in its original position with screws and nuts. 3. The products to be weighed regularly enter the multihead weigher, that is, the product spacing is as equal as possible, which is a prerequisite for reliable weighing.
Please keep the photoelectric switch clean! As dust, dirt or moisture condenses on the optical element, it may cause malfunction. Wipe these parts lightly with a soft or cotton cloth if necessary. 4. Please keep the weighing belt conveyor of the multihead weigher clean, as stains or residues left by the product may cause malfunctions.
Contamination can be blown away with compressed air or wiped with a damp soft cloth. 5. If the multihead weigher is equipped with a belt conveyor, please check the conveyor regularly. The belts must not touch any guards or transition plates (smooth plates between adjacent belts), as this will cause additional wear and vibration, which may negatively affect accuracy.
If guards are installed, check that they are in good condition and in the correct location. Replace worn belts as soon as possible. 6. If the multihead weigher is equipped with a chain conveyor, check the guards regularly to make sure they are in good condition and installed in the correct position.
7. When installing a rejector with an independent base, or a rejector with an independent bracket (post), please make sure that the foot screws or the bottom plate are firmly fixed on the ground. This reduces disturbing vibrations.
