The multihead weigher used in the weighing equipment belongs to the category of high-precision instrumentation equipment. The installation, application and maintenance must be done according to the regulations in the instructions for use, so as to ensure the safety of the instrument panel, everything is normal, accurate. Otherwise, it is very likely to cause damage to the dashboard or reduce its useful life. 1. Generally, the instrument panel should be placed in a natural environment with clean, dry, natural ventilation and suitable temperature for installation.

The instrument panel should be fixed and not moved frequently, otherwise it is very likely that the internal wires of the power plug of the communication cable will fall off and cause common failures. 2. Most of the switching power supply multihead weigher meters use 220 volts of alternating current, and the allowable range of operating voltage is generally 187 volts --- 242 volts. After changing the switching power supply route, remember to accurately measure whether the working voltage meets the regulations before connecting the power to the instrument panel.

If the 380 volt switching power supply is mistakenly connected to the instrument panel, it is likely to cause damage. Places where the power supply voltage fluctuates greatly should be equipped with a regulated power supply with excellent characteristics to ensure the normal application of the instrument panel. It is not necessary to use the same power plug with strong interference signals (such as motors, electric bells, fluorescent tubes) to prevent unstable information values ​​displayed on the instrument panel.

Some instrument panels are dual-purpose for AC and DC power. Be careful when installing battery applications, battery leakage will damage the instrument panel. When the rechargeable battery power supply system is not used for a long time, the rechargeable battery should be removed.

3. The multihead weigher meter of the grounding device should be connected to a separate and excellent wire connector (the resistance of the grounding wire is less than 4 ohms, and the wire of the grounding device should be as short as possible). The wire connector has a two-way function: it not only has the function of maintaining the life safety of the actual operating staff, but also has the key anti-interference function, which can ensure that the instrument panel works smoothly. The ground wire is connected to the power plug of the instrument panel. The ground wire is connected to the public weak current protection area network, which is likely to affect the switching power supply of the instrument panel, causing the information value displayed on the instrument panel to fluctuate. It should be regularly maintained that the ground wire node is not in good contact.

Due to air oxidation and rust caused by each node after a long time, the instrument panel will actually fail. 4. Sunscreen isolation should prevent the sun from shining on the gray-black chassis of the instrument panel, otherwise the office environment of the instrument panel may be damaged beyond the rated temperature range. 5. Moisture-proof In general, although the ambient humidity of the instrument panel office environment reaches 95%, it is required not to cause condensation.

The unique stainless steel plate case with moisture-proof effect is outside the instrument panel. 6. Anti-corrosion and corrosion chemicals cannot penetrate into the interior of the instrument panel, otherwise it will cause corrosion to the components on the pcb circuit board and the pcb circuit board itself. Over time, the instrument panel may be damaged. Even the instrument panel with anti-corrosion effect will have the same result if the closed type is not closed tightly.

7. Anti-electric shock weighing equipment belongs to the integrated wiring system, which is very easy to be attacked by lightning and destroy components. The key to the lightning strike enters the instrument panel from two levels: from the power plug and from the weighing platform through the data signal cable. Under all normal temperatures, the actual operating staff can control the main power switch, but in the case of close-range lightning strikes, be sure to unplug the instrument panel power cord and the scale communication cable power plug.

It is best to use anti-shock countermeasures, such as upgrading an anti-surge protector in the instrument panel switching power supply control loop. 8. If the live wire of the switching power supply above 220 volts against weak current accidentally hits the scale platform or uses the scale platform as the ground wire, the actual operation of arc welding on the scale platform is likely to damage the instrument panel. 9. Cleaning In the natural environment of industrial production, if there is dust accumulation on the instrument panel or environmental pollution, be sure to wipe it off with a wet towel when the power is turned off.

But be careful not to scrub the display information window with organic solvents such as ethanol, which will affect the light transmittance and cause the display information to be blurred. 10. Antistatic Once the instrument panel is damaged, it needs to be repaired. In order to better accelerate the speed of round-trip transmission, some companies like to remove the PCB board of the instrument panel and use expedited express delivery, which causes a problem of anti-static.

When taking the PCB board, you should hold the four corners of the board by hand, and do not touch the area with field effect pins by hand. Because of that, it is very easy for electrostatic induction to damage the FET. The dismantled PCB board should be put into the shielding bag immediately, and can be packaged with ordinary newspapers without the shielding bag.

If you put the board on the table with high insulation layer, it is very likely to destroy the PCB board. When receiving the repaired PCB board, it must be re-installed into the instrument panel, also pay attention to anti-static. 11. When transporting the anti-vibration instrument panel, it is best to put it in the original wooden box, or take appropriate anti-vibration measures.

12. Explosion-proof type If the instrument panel is used in composite or intrinsically safe explosion-proof system software, the relevant requirements of explosion-proof type should be followed. 13. Job Responsibilities Weighing equipment is a relatively excellent weighing equipment, and should be professionally operated and maintained by trained staff. At this stage, most of the multihead weigher tables are based on the main parameter settings and calibration on the mobile phone software to clarify the role and characteristics of the electronics.

Once this main parameter is arbitrarily changed, it is likely to jeopardize the accuracy and function of weighing (such as no copying or no communication, etc.). Therefore, it is also very important to clarify the respective job responsibilities of the actual operation staff and maintenance staff.
