After PID calculation, a 4-50mA current data signal will be output to change the output frequency of the feed motor soft starter.
In this way, the speed ratio of the motor can be changed to make the specific loading amount as close as possible to the set overall target total flow, so as to achieve the purpose of precise loading. If the multihead weigher performs PID control according to the data signal sent from its sensor, the net weight change sensed by the sensor will decrease within this time range, and then the frame drop operation of the data signal is prohibited.
