The operation precautions of the automatic granule packaging machine are as follows: (1) Before starting the automatic granule packaging machine, please check whether the specifications of the cup and the bag making machine meet the requirements. (2) Toggle the main motor belt by hand to see if the automatic particle packaging machine is running flexibly. When it is confirmed that there is no abnormality in the machine, it can be turned on.
(3) Install the packing material between the two paper rollers under the machine, and then put it into the groove of the paper arm of the machine. The stopper should clamp the core of the material to keep the packing material and bag maker correct. Then tighten the knob on the cover, making sure that the print side is facing forward or the composite side is facing back.
After starting the machine, adjust the axial position of the packaging material on the paper roll according to the feeding conditions to ensure normal paper feeding. (4) Turn on the main power switch of the automatic granule packaging machine, press the clutch handle to separate the metering mechanism from the main drive, turn on the start switch, and the machine runs idly. (5) If the conveyor belt rotates clockwise, stop it immediately.
At this time, the main motor is reversed. After the motor is reversed, the belt rotates counterclockwise. (6) According to the packaging material used, set the temperature on the temperature controller of the electric control box and set the heat sealing temperature.
(7) Adjust the length of the bag. Put the packaging material into the bag making equipment according to the relevant regulations, sandwich it between two drums, rotate the drum, and then pull the packaging material under the cutter. 2 minutes after reaching the set temperature, turn on the start switch.
Loosen the lock nut of the bag length adjustment screw, adjust the handle of the bag length control, turn clockwise to shorten the length of the bag and vice versa. Once the desired bag length is reached, tighten the nut. (8) Determine the position of the cutter.
After determining the length of the bag, remove the cutter. After turning off the start switch and closing multiple bags, the machine stops immediately when the heat sealer has just turned on and the drum has not been pulled out. Then, move the cutter to the left so that the edge of the cutter is aligned with the middle of the horizontal seal with the length of the bag and the blade is perpendicular to the direction of the straight paper.
Tighten the set screw of the left cutter and rest the right cutter against the left cutter. After leveling, let the tip of the knife point to the tip of the knife. Slightly tighten the set screw on the front of the stone cutter, then press down on the back of the right cutter to apply some pressure between the two cutters.
Secure the fasteners behind the right cutter. Tighten the product between the blades and tap the front of the right knife to see if you can cut through the packaging material. Otherwise, please do not continue to cut.
Finally tighten the front screws. (9) When closing the machine, the heat sealer must be in the open position to prevent the packaging material from being burnt out and prolong the service life of the heat sealer. (10) When turning the metering disc, it is not allowed to rotate the metering disc clockwise.
Before starting the machine, check that the feed door is closed (except the material door is open), otherwise parts may be damaged. (11) Measurement adjustment When the weight of the packaging material is less than the required weight, the adjustment screw of the measurement tray can be adjusted clockwise to achieve the required packaging amount. If it's larger than the desired weight, do the opposite.
(12) After the filling operation is normal, the machine can work normally. Turn on the counter switch to complete the counting work, and finally install the protective cover.
