Consumers have higher and higher requirements for packaging, and factories are also stepping up their pace in the acquisition of packaging machinery. However, factory acquisitions will encounter various problems when choosing a packaging machine, such as lack of knowledge about the machine and lack of knowledge in all aspects. (1) Maintenance once a month. (2) Remove the fixing nut of the first wheel, and take out the spring and collecting wheel. (3) Apply butter to the contact surface between the shaft center and the retracting wheel to keep the collecting wheel running smoothly.
(4) Put the collecting wheel and spring back, and fix the nut. (5) Chain and sprocket maintenance: maintenance about once every three months, first remove the protective cover, use butter to modify the contact gap of the chain and sprocket, and put back the protective cover after maintenance. (6) Bearing housing maintenance: about once every three months, the part of the machine with bearings and bearing housings needs to be dripped with hydraulic oil in the contact gap between the bearing and the mandrel to maintain lubrication.
(7) Check whether the fixing screw of the cutter is tightly closed, and close it if it is loose (once a month). (8) The belt will loosen after running for a period of time. If the belt cannot be tightly driven, the tightness of the belt needs to be adjusted. (9) If the Teflon on the cutting knife falls off, causing the film to easily stick to the cutting knife, it is necessary to remove the cutting knife from the head with Teflon or replace it with a new sealing knife.
(10) Check whether the Teflon tape on the sealing silicone strip is damaged, and if damaged, it needs to be replaced. ..
