Advantages And Application Scope Of The Multihead Combination Weigher

August 22, 2022

The multihead combination weigher is a machine that is used to weigh and measure different types of products at the same time. The advantages of this machine are that it is fast, accurate, and has the ability to work with many different types of products.

The multihead combination weigher can be used for a variety of tasks including sorting, classifying, grading, packing, and weighing materials. The machine will determine what type of product it needs to measure by looking at the shape and size. of the product. It is also used for counting and visual inspecting by using different cameras for a better picture of what is being measured.

The multihead combination weigher has two or more heads in the one machine. There are three main types of heads that are commonly found on this type of machine: single-head crushers, double-head crushers.

Three Main Types:

The three main types of heads that are commonly found on this type of machine are single-head crushers, double-head crushers, and triple-head crushers. Crushers with a single-head will produce about 7 tons per hour. Crushers with a double-head will produce approximately 14 tons per hour. The 3rd type of head, the triple head crusher, will produce about 21 tons per hour.

It is the most commonly found and is used predominantly in the coal industry. Other applications of this type of machine are ore processing for copper, gold, or other metal ores; grinding materials such as grains, animal feedstuffs or pulps; and non-metallic materials such as stone, clay or wood.

What is a Multiple Head Combination Weigher and How Does it Work?

A multiple head combination weigher is a weighing device that can measure the weight of an item and identify the type of product it is. The weighing device consists of a rotating drum that has several individual compartments for different products.

The items are fed into the compartments by a conveyor belt or other system. As the drum rotates, it detects which compartment each item is in and weighs them accordingly. A multiple head is a type of digital scale.

Different Kinds of Multiple Head Weighing Scales in Industry

There are many different kinds of multiple head weighing scales in industry. The most common ones are the beam scales and the dial scales.

Beam Scales: Beam scales are used to weigh heavy loads that need to be weighed in a short time span. These scales have a long beam which is balanced by a weight on one end and the load on the other end. The weight on one end can be changed with a lever which makes it easier to lift heavy weights quickly and accurately.

Dial Scales: Dial Scales are used for smaller loads that need to be weighed over an extended period of time or for more accuracy than what is needed for beam scales.

Industrial Application Scope and Advantages of the Multihead Combined Weighing System

The Multihead Combined Weighing System is a new type of industrial weighing system which is developed for the purpose of measuring the weight and the volume of bulk materials. This system has a lot of advantages over traditional weighing systems. The Multihead Combined Weighing System can be used in many industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cement, coal, metallurgy and so on. In addition to that, this system is energy-saving and has a long lifetime. Furthermore, it can be used in conjunction with other industrial weighing systems to improve the accuracy level.

There are several advantages of the Multihead Combined Weighing System:-The weight and volume can be measured simultaneously, making it suitable for bulk materials.-The Multihead Combined Weighing System does not need any tools or calibration devices to be used. It saves time and labor costs; these factors make it more competitive with other weighing systems.

Application Scope Of The Multihead Combination Weigher

With the rapid development of society and the economy, the multihead combination weigher has also been developed to meet market demand. Multihead combination weighers are mainly used for weighing and packing granulated materials, solid materials, powders, liquids and other products with a certain density. The scope of application is wide and includes pharmaceuticals, food industry, chemical industry, steel industry and so on. .The multihead combination weigher is mainly composed of three parts: counter, conveying system and product hopper.

There are two types of conveying systems: single-rotor and double-rotor conveyers.

Single- rotor conveyers can only be adjusted with one feeder and their main advantage is the low cost. .Double-rotor conveyers have a wider capacity, higher efficiency and larger output. The disadvantage of double- rotor conveyers is their cost. .The conveying system is composed of a product hopper, a bottom discharge with feeder, a top discharge with feeding box and two-side conveyers.

The product hopper is mainly used to hold the products to be weighed and discharging it. It can be made of iron or stainless steel and has the advantages of superior accuracy, low production costs and long service life. At the bottom of the product hopper, a feeder is arranged for feeding the products into a bottom discharge. The top discharge has two-sided conveyors, one side is used for dropping off the products from both sides of the product hopper.
