Automatic Jar Feeding & Positioning: Automatically arranges and conveys empty jars to the filling station for efficient, hands-free operation.
Dual Filling System (Solid + Brine): Solid cucumbers are filled by a volumetric or weighing filler, while brine is added through a piston or pump filler for consistent product quality.
Vacuum or Hot-Filling Compatible: Supports hot-fill for pasteurized pickles and vacuum capping for extended shelf life.
Servo-Controlled Accuracy: Servo motors ensure high filling precision and smooth operation at high speeds.
Hygienic Design: All contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304/316 stainless steel, resistant to acid and salt corrosion.
Flexible Jar Sizes: Adjustable setup for jars ranging from 100 ml to 2000 ml.
