Solution: In this case, you can readjust the position of the photoelectric switch first. If that doesn't work, clean the builder, insert the packing material into the paper guide, and adjust the position of the paper guide so that the dots of light coincide with the color markings. 02 Fault 2: The paper feed motor does not rotate or rotates out of control. Fault description: During the operation of the automatic pellet packaging machine, if the starting capacitor is damaged, the paper feed motor may be stuck, or the motor may be damaged and rotate uncontrollably.
Here are some common failures. Solution: First check whether the feed lever is stuck, whether the starting capacitor is damaged and whether the fuse is faulty, and then replace it according to the inspection results. 03 Fault 3: The sealing is not tight Fault description: The automatic granule packaging machine is not sealed or the sealing is not tight.
This will not only waste materials, but also because the materials are all powder, it is easy to disperse and pollute the equipment and working environment of the automatic granule packaging machine. Solution: Check whether the packaging container meets the relevant regulations, take out the inferior packaging container and no longer use it, and then try to adjust the sealing pressure and increase the heat sealing temperature. In this case the problem is solved.
04 Disadvantage 4: Does not pull the bag. Fault description: The automatic granule packaging machine does not pull the bag, and the bag-pulling motor loses the chain. The reason for this failure is nothing more than a wiring problem. The bag switch is broken, the controller is faulty, the stepper motor driver is faulty.
Solution: Check if the proximity switch, controller and stepper motor of the bag making machine are damaged, and replace the damaged parts. 05Disadvantage five: tearing the packaging bag Fault Description: During the operation of the automatic particle packaging machine, the packaging container is often torn by the automatic particle packaging machine. Solution: Check the motor circuit to see if the switch is damaged.
