Zhongshan Smart weigh——How big is the portable multihead weigher bias? Will it be outside the standard error range? Let's go check it out! 5.2.1 Incorrect marking. The marked deviation should meet the following requirements: a) When the force value is not more than 10%fs, the larger allowable deviation of the axle (wheel) weight is +0.2%FS; b) When the value calculated by the formula>At 10%FS, the allowable deviation of the axle (wheel) weight gauge is +2%a. Note; FS means full scale.
5.2.2 Repeatability. Weigh several times under the same load. The repeatability in the middle of the weighing result of the shaft (wheel) scale should meet the following requirements: a) When the calculated value of the formula is not greater than 10%RS, it should not exceed 1/2 of the maximum allowable deviation of the weighing point; b) When the calculated value of the formula exceeds 10%FS, it cannot exceed 1/2 of the maximum allowable deviation value of the weighing point and the specific loading value of the weighing point.
Harvest. 5.2.3 The difference between the indicated values. Under the same load, the difference between the marked values of the upper and lower weighing service platforms of the wheel scale shall not exceed the maximum allowable deviation of the scale.
5.2.4 Reference point load deviation. When the same load is in different parts of the weighing service platform, the deviation of the indication shall take into account the provisions of 5.2.1, and the difference between the indications shall not exceed the scale. Point 1/4 of the maximum tolerance** value.
5.2.5 Full load plasticity. The allowable range of the full load plasticity of the auxiliary (wheel wheel) weight meter is +0.1%FS or not more than ld, whichever is greater. 5.2.6 Zero drift: The allowable range of zero drift of the net weight of the drive shaft (wheel wheel) within ten minutes is 0.1%FS or not more than 1d, whichever is greater.
5.2.7 Load characteristics. The weighing table should be loaded with 120% Fs for ten minutes, and the provisions of 5.2.1-5.2.6 should be considered after unloading. 5.2.8 Display information.
During the heating period of 5.2.8.1, the shaft (wheel) electronic multihead weigher shall have no weighing indicator and shall not transmit the weighing result. 5.2.8.2 The information displayed on the instrument panel of the axle (wheel) weight meter should be clear, without the disadvantage of jeopardizing the reading value, and the data display information should be stable within 5s.
