Smartweighpack set to launch latest cannabis pouch packing and jar canning system in the United State.
As mentioned previous, we Smartweighpack are custom made all kinds of weighing and packing system for food and non-food, with the demand of the cannabis packing, we have worked on varied solutions as below:
Machine is designed automatic picking, automatically open, zipper openning, 1st fill, second fill, nitrogen filled and heat seal pre-made pouches.
Target weight: 3.5g, weight accuracy: +_0.02-0.2g
Machine layout:
Speed: 30-40 bags/min
Double incline conveyor system to lower down the total height, which is fit in customer’s ceciling height.
Machine properse: mini 14 head+rotary packing machine+bowl feeder
Jar/ bottle/ cup filling system
Machine is designed automatic bottle feeding, automatically cap lifting, filling, capping, heating shrinking film, labeling .
Target weight: 5g-15g, weight accuracy: +_0.02-0.5g
Machine layout:
Speed: 20-30 bags/min
14 head.
