The fault processing method for all hoppers open door twice

Firstly, take down the No.1 aluminum box, find motor position line and measurethe voltage to see whether there is about 18 v DC by a multimeter.

If there is no 18 v voltage, open the machine frame that is on the right of the emergentstop button

Find out the main board of multihead weigher, there is a P07 plug on the top left-hand corner of the main board, unplug the P07 plug, then measure its voltage by a multimeter. Thenormal voltage is about 18 v DC.

If there is not 18 v DC for P07, then unplug the P05 plug, measure its voltage.

If the two lines have 18v voltage, plug back ; measuring P07 again, if it still do not have voltage that means the main board is fault, need to replace a newmain board.

If the two lines do not have voltage, check whether the DC1 power switch is normal.
