The multihead weigher is an important electronic equipment in the production workshop, and there will be situations where the work does not strike. So how to deal with the strike problem of the multihead weigher and prevent these problems? Today, let's take a look at the daily maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of the multihead weigher. 1. Daily maintenance of multihead weigher: 1. Basic inspection before operation to confirm whether all conveyor belts are in contact with each other. Check whether the standard value, upper limit, and lower limit are set correctly.
Manually repeat the test more than 10 times with a measured product to confirm whether its accuracy is stable. Use a non-conforming product to test whether the rejection device is normal. 2.Multihead weigher daily precautions Whether the conveyor belt is cracked.
The conveyor belt has no deflection. If there is deflection, adjust the adjustment devices on both sides until the belt has no deflection; whether there is any abnormal noise in the running state of the conveyor belt. Do not press the weighing section too hard to prevent the sensor from being crushed. 2. Cleaning of multihead weigher equipment: 1. Remember to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment.
2 The detachable conveyor belt can be cleaned with sterilization or warm water at about 60°C. 3. The conveyor belt can be soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes, or soaked in an aqueous solution of hypochlorous acid (200ppm) (within 3 minutes) and then washed with water. Regardless of the above method, please drain the cleaned conveyor belt thoroughly before installing it on the conveyor belt.
Prevent mildew phenomenon. 3. Troubleshooting of multihead weigher: 1. Whether the basic troubleshooting is set correctly according to the manual. Whether the plug-in has poor contact.
Is there any disconnection or disconnection of wires and wirings? Whether the screws and parts are falling off or loose. Whether the parts of the equipment are damaged, burned, abnormally heated, discolored, deformed, or worn.
There is no rust or dirt that could cause obstructions. 2. The connectors and parts removed for inspection should be properly reset after inspection. 3. If the power supply is abnormal or shock caused by sudden environmental changes, lightning or abnormal voltage, or is not the direct cause of the accident caused by normal use, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out.
4. During the transportation of the equipment, it may cause the loosening and falling off of the electrical device plugs, and the mechanical deformation due to external force should be carefully checked before use, and there is no abnormality in the power-on operation.
