Fault phenomenon: The weighing display self-checks after starting up, and then displays“…………”crash. Cause of failure: The green and white data lines in the junction box are reversed.
Solution: Disconnect the power supply immediately, use the weighing indicator to check whether the corresponding color lines of all sensor cables and the bus are correct, that is, red to red, black to black, white to white, green to green, and test whether there is any connection between them. No touch line, just reconnect. 3. Fault phenomenon: After the weighing display is connected to the computer, there is no weighing digital display when running the weighing software. Cause of failure: The data cable connecting the weighing display and the computer is connected incorrectly or the baud rate setting is not uniform.
Solution: Find the part about the connection interface between the weighing indicator and the computer in the manual of the weighing indicator and the large screen description, connect the interface correctly, and then check the baud rate settings of the weighing indicator and the computer software. 4. Failure phenomenon: After the weighing display is connected to the computer, running the weighing software displays garbled characters. Cause of failure: The baud rate settings of the weighing indicator and the weighing software are not unified.
Solution: Check the baud rate set in the weighing indicator and computer weighing software separately, and set them uniformly. 5. Fault phenomenon: After the car gets off the scale, a relatively large stable data is still displayed on the weighing display. Cause of failure: The limit of the weighing platform is stuck.
Solution: Check the limit position of the weighing platform and adjust it to a reasonable position.
