It mainly consists of five parts: sorting device, feeding device, aluminum cover and top cover device, labeling device and rotating device. Design background and work meaning (1) Background of work design Preserved fruit is very popular among nuts because of its transparent color, rich meat, soft texture and high nutritional value.
At the same time, it has become increasingly popular to pack candied fruits, nuts and other products in plastic jars, which can be found in supermarkets and convenience stores. This work is mainly aimed at the cumbersome and labor-intensive process of manual packaging, and the inefficiency of opening food stores, food online stores and small food packaging companies. Design automatic food packaging machines that are sized, reasonably priced, versatile and practical.
(2) Current situation and problems In foreign countries, this part of the domestic small packaging machine market is blank, and few people study it. There are large packaging machines in China, but they are not suitable for small-scale use. There are a large number of machines with various models and functions.
However, similar small packaging machines have not yet appeared in the domestic and foreign markets. The can packaging machines available in the market are suitable for large processing plants and are bulky and expensive. Nuts processed by merchants can be packaged by: weighing them by hand a few times, then placing them in jars and sealing them at the end, which is inefficient and unhygienic; entrusting processing to processing plants, but with less profit for farmers The number of processing plants is large and the order of participation is uneven, which may affect the quality of products; due to high labor costs, many food production stores directly sell food wholesale to sellers.
(3) The meaning of the work. This project summarizes and analyzes the single function and troublesome operation of many packaging machines today, and designs an integrated automatic packaging machine that completes the following steps: unloading, feeding, capping aluminum caps, sealing aluminum caps, Cover the top cover and label. The entire automated packaging process fills the market gap and solves the problem of low staff and high workload in brick-and-mortar food stores and food online stores.
2. System design (1) Tank taking device The tank mechanism is composed of a tank, a rotating mechanism and a synchronous belt. The storage tank warehouse stores empty tanks in the form of tanks parallel to the ground, and then the rotating mechanism rotates the empty tanks one by one to the timing belt, the tanks are perpendicular to the ground, and then enter the card position of the turntable. (2) Discharge Weighing compensation device.
The structure of the discharge device mainly uses the volume method to discharge. The specific principle is as follows: the material in the large container is pushed up by the cylinder, and the material will fall into the track through the opening on the side of the silo, and finally fall into the temporary storage hopper. Slots are made on the large adjustment plate to adjust the relative height between the large triangle block and the large adjustment plate, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the volume.
The weighing device should make the quality of each can of food up to the standard. When the strain gauge pressure sensor is under pressure, it deforms, changing its resistance and creating an unbalanced voltage that reflects the quality of the food in the temporary storage hopper. The outlet of the temporary storage hopper is blocked by a baffle so that the nut does not fall directly into the tank after discharge.
Also, to ensure the food falls smoothly into the tank, a pair of cylinders are added to displace the material. The weighing device will initially measure the food in the temporary storage hopper, calculate the difference with the required food quality, and send a signal to the microcontroller after the calculation, and then make compensation. In order to achieve the purpose of small volume and simple mechanism, a volume compensation method is proposed.
The principle of the weight compensation device is the same as that of the discharge method. The cylinder pushes the container from bottom to top. After reaching the specified height, the material is dropped from the side to the temporary storage hopper.
Compared with the discharge device, the volume is reduced and the purpose of weight compensation is achieved. Compensation equipment is located next to the unloading equipment. Compared to other methods, no additional parts are required, resulting in volume and cost savings.
(3) Capping device The capping device uses an air cylinder to place a stack of aluminum caps vertically on the can. The specific principle is as follows: the cylinder is connected to a baffle, and the baffle blocks a stack of aluminum covers. When the flap is retracted, the clamping device located in the upper part extends in the opposite direction under the action of the lever and spring to clamp the remaining upper part.
The aluminum cover realizes the function of dropping the aluminum cover in one move. The principle of the device also applies to plastic caps. 3. Workflow and performance analysis The whole machine has six main working steps, which are arranging cans, unloading, lidding aluminum lids, sealing aluminum lids, lidding top lids and labeling.
It also takes the form of a turntable, which saves floor space and increases the efficiency of canned and packaged food for small online stores. 4. Innovation point A weighing and unloading device that combines volume method and Faber weighing. (1) First, pour the material into the silo, use the volume control to make the material close to the set quality, and then use the weighing feedback to compensate the material weight, and finally reach the set value.
The weighing process is accurate and efficient. (2) Use the turntable automatic line. Using a turntable to consolidate all work items makes the entire automatic production line more compact, with a small footprint, low energy consumption, high reliability and a high degree of automation.
At present, there is no small, low-cost small filling and packaging machine on the market. The advent of this packaging machine meets the current needs of home studios for a large number of entrepreneurs in online food stores.
