Regularly clean the filling equipment and a pipeline with disinfected water every week, and then rinse the equipment with process water after disinfection; 3. The operator should record and save the disinfection and cleaning procedures. The automatic filling machine should be safely operated and maintained in strict accordance with the above-mentioned safety operation procedures, so as to minimize the hidden danger of accidents.
Strengthen production safety and improve factory efficiency. Maintenance and repair: 1. Regular inspection and maintenance: Starting components, such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed control and electrical parts, should be inspected monthly. Through manual adjustment, it is possible to check the pros and cons of the inspection method and the reliability of the action. The cylinder mainly checks for air leakage and jamming. The solenoid valve can be forced to act manually to eliminate the burning of the electromagnetic coil of the IP safety section and the blockage of the valve. The input and output signal indicators can be checked against each other, such as checking whether the switching element is damaged, whether the line is disconnected, and whether each output unit is working normally.
2. Daily factory construction and maintenance: whether the motor is running normally, whether the safety environment is normal, and whether the cooling system is abnormal. Whether there is abnormal vibration, abnormal sound, whether there is abnormal overheating, whether there is abnormality. Basic parameters: 1. Check before use: After installation, connect the power supply and test the three-phase motor to ensure the correct running direction, ensure the compressed air pressure and flow, and check whether the motors and bearings need to be lubricated. The machine can be started only after the oil is running normally. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the fasteners of each part are loose, and it can be used normally after the operation is stable; 2. Check the operation of the security facilities; 3. Before turning on the power, Carefully check all the water tanks for water, whether the chain plate is stuck, whether there is debris on the conveyor belt, and open the bottle cap.
Water supply. Power supply. Whether there are several barrels of gas source. After all items are finished, turn on the main power supply. The power indicator light is on, and the fault indicator light is on. When the emergency stop indicator light is not on, it has the starting state. The start button on the top and the start switch at the filling place, the buzzer emits three alarms, the whole machine starts, washes, rinses, and fills the fully automatic working mode. When the machine stops, you can press the stop button on the feeding box and the control box. Turn off the main power during a power outage. The use of safety rules: 1. There will be no impurities in the liquid filling equipment (such as tools, rags, etc.); 2. The liquid filling machine should not have abnormal noise (if any, it should be stopped immediately, and the reason should be checked); 3. All protection All measures must be safe and reliable, and foreign objects that may be suspended by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.) are prohibited; 4. Staff should wear hats when leaving hair; 5. It is forbidden to wash electricity with water or other liquids 6. Wear work clothes and gloves when cleaning to prevent corrosion by strong acid and alkali; 7. During the operation, there must be someone to supervise, and tools or other items should not be used to approach the machine; 8. Do not let unrelated people touch the equipment .
