Controlling the feeding of each multi head weigher is a challenge, but we’ve implemented a cylinder-controlled lifting feeding structure to prevent overfeeding and ensure that candies don’t fall directly into the weighing bucket. This meticulous approach guarantees that only one piece of each kind is cut, minimizing the probability of unqualified quantity in the actual production process.

How to Handle Unqualified Candy in This Gummy Packaging Machine?

This system eliminates unqualified candy before mixing, facilitating customer recycling and eliminating the need for complicated sorting work.
