The installation base itself needs to have sufficient compressive strength and rigidity, which is generally higher than the compressive strength and bending rigidity of the inductor itself. 7. Although the multihead weigher has a certain load capacity, the overweight of the sensor should still be avoided during the whole process of the weighing equipment installation. It should be noted that even a short-term overweight is likely to cause permanent damage to the sensor.

In the whole process of installation, if it is determined that it is necessary, you can first replace the sensor with a protective layer pad with the same aspect ratio as the sensor, and then replace the sensor at the end. When everything is working normally, the sensor should generally be set to the mechanical equipment parts for overvoltage protection. If the sensor is fixed with the screw of the extruder, a certain tightening torque is specified, and the screw of the extruder must have a certain depth of tightening external thread.

In general, the fixed extruder screw is selected because of the high toughness extruder screw. 8. In any case, the power plug and the control wire should be twisted together, and the level should be 50 rpm/m. If the sensor power wire must be increased, the specially made sealed cable terminal should be used. If the communication cable is long and high measurement accuracy is to be ensured, consideration should be given to selecting a cable containing a wireless repeater amplifier to compensate the power supply circuit. 9. Leveling: Leveling has two levels of content. One is that the installation plan of a single sensor installation base should be adjusted with a level gauge. In the weighing equipment with more than three devices, this point should be paid more attention, the key purpose of doing so is to make the load borne by each sensor basically the same.

The loading position of each multihead weigher is clear, and when you use it, you must load the load in this position. Lateral forces, additional bending moments, and torque forces should be minimized.
