Otherwise, the ascorbic acid in the tea leaves is easily decomposed, and the color, aroma and taste of the tea leaves will change, especially at high temperature, the deterioration speed will be accelerated.

Therefore, in the packaging process, a composite film with good moisture-proof performance, such as aluminum foil or aluminum foil vapor coating, can be selected as the basic material for moisture-proof packaging. 2. Anti-oxidation: Excessive oxygen content in the package can lead to the oxidation and deterioration of some components in the tea. Therefore, the oxygen content in tea packaging must be effectively controlled below 1%. In terms of packaging technology, inflatable packaging or vacuum packaging can be used to reduce the presence of oxygen. Vacuum packaging (powder packaging machine) technology is to put tea into a soft film packaging bag with good air tightness, remove the air in the bag during packaging, generate a certain degree of vacuum, and then seal the packaging method; inflatable packaging technology is to discharge air At the same time, it is filled with inert gases such as nitrogen to protect the color, aroma and taste of tea leaves and maintain the original quality of tea leaves.

3. Anti-high temperature: temperature is an important factor affecting the change of tea quality. The temperature difference is 10℃, and the chemical reaction speed is 3~5 times. Tea leaves will aggravate the oxidation of substances at high temperature, resulting in a rapid reduction of effective substances such as polyphenols, and rapid changes in quality differences.

According to the implementation, the storage temperature of tea leaves is lower than 5°C, and the effect is better. At 10~15℃, the color of tea leaves decreases slowly, and the color effect can also be maintained well. When the temperature exceeds 25℃, the color of tea leaves will change rapidly.

Therefore, tea is suitable for storage at low temperature. 4. Shading: Light can promote the oxidation of chlorophyll, lipids and other substances in tea leaves, (liquid packaging machine) can increase the odor substances such as valeraldehyde and propionaldehyde in tea leaves, and accelerate the aging of tea leaves. Resistance: The smell of tea is easily lost, and it is also easily affected by external smells, especially the residual solvent of the composite film and electric ironing treatment, and the decomposed smell of heat sealing treatment will affect the taste of tea and affect the taste of tea.
