After cooked corn is packaged in a vacuum packaging machine, the shelf life of cooked corn can be improved. Vacuum packaging reduces the air content in the package, prevents the mildew and deterioration of the packaged food, maintains the color and fragrance of the food, and prolongs the shelf life. One of the important links in vacuum packaging is deoxygenation, which is beneficial to prevent the deterioration of cooked corn. The principle is relatively simple, because the mildew and spoilage of food is mainly caused by the activities of microorganisms, and the survival of most microorganisms (such as mold and yeast) Oxygen is needed, and vacuum packaging uses this principle to extract oxygen from the packaging bags and food cells, so that microorganisms lose their "living environment".
Cooked corn without a vacuum packaging machine has a shelf life of only 1-2 days, and will suffer from air erosion or environmental reasons causing the product to deteriorate, making it difficult to store and transport. In comparison, vacuum cooked corn can be better stored and transported.
