The carrier is the most important part of the multihead weigher. The multihead weigher has many strict requirements on the carrier, such as dynamic, high accuracy and high speed. Early carrier tubes used an over-lever system, but the lever system was quickly abandoned due to its large displacement and slow weighing. At present, the structural forms used by the carrier generally have the following types: conveyor integral type, partial load-bearing type, static type, slide type, multi-channel type, multi-carrier combined type and disc type.
Conveyor Integral This is the most common type of multihead weigher, which weighs the entire conveyor. This kind of carrier is composed of the active roller, the driven roller, the conveyor belt, the motor and other components of the conveyor. The whole of the conveyor is supported by the load cell, and the carrier is installed on the solid base by the load cell.
This type of carrier can also be conveniently used when the conveyor is not of the belt type but of the roller type. This weighing method is characterized by a larger tare weight, but the size of the multihead weigher is usually smaller. In addition, the multihead weigher with small width can also be supported by two load cells, and the multihead weigher with small width and length can be supported by a single load cell.
Some manufacturers of electromagnetic force recovery load cells provide weighing components matched with electromagnetic force recovery load cells, that is, belt conveyors or chain conveyors of various sizes. Its structure is an integral carrier of a conveyor supported by a single load cell. Under harsh environmental conditions, chain transmission can also be used instead of belt transmission to form a chain-type multihead weigher.
Its structure is simple, sturdy, and requires little maintenance, but due to the influence of chain noise, the general structure of the carrier can only achieve moderate accuracy. The vast majority of multihead weigher conveyors use 0°The angle is conveyed horizontally. But in special cases.
If it is necessary to increase the height of the product during the check-weighing process, a conveyor with an inclined surface of the check-weighing carrier can also be used, and the weighing result is also accurate. However, the inclination angle should generally not exceed 10", 2 ji, 12*0. It is not recommended that the inclination angle of the checkweighing carrier changes, which will cause the product to shake during the conveying process.
