If you want to make low-design electronics, you should generally use cantilever beam type and wheel-spoke type sensors. If the aspect ratio of the design is not strictly controlled, you can choose a column type sensor. In addition, if the natural environment of electronic applications is very humid and cold, and there is a lot of smoke and dust, you should choose a good sealing method; if there is a risk of explosion, you should use a safety culture sensor; if you are on an elevated road In heavy equipment, safety and overvoltage protection should be considered; if it is used in a high-temperature natural environment, a multihead weigher with a cooling water jacket should be used; if it is used in severe cold areas, it should be considered to select a multihead weigher with heating device sensor. In the selection of the method, one factor to be considered is whether the maintenance is convenient and the cost, that is, once the weighing equipment fails, whether the maintenance components can be obtained successfully and quickly.
If there is no guarantee, it means that the selection of the method is not suitable. 2. Selection of measurement range The closer the weighing value of the weighing device is to the short-circuit capacity of the switch, the higher the weighing accuracy. , wheel weight, etc., so there are very big differences in the standard of the limit of the sensor used by different weighing system software. It must be pointed out that: first of all, the short-circuit capacity of the sensor should be as close as possible to the value in the manufacturer's standard product series, otherwise, the use of non-standard products is not only expensive, but also cannot be replaced after damage. Secondly, in the same weighing equipment, it is not allowed to use sensors with different short-circuit capacities, otherwise, the system software cannot work normally. Secondly, to put it bluntly, the changing load (the load that needs to be weighed) refers to the real load applied to the sensor. If the force value is transmitted from the weighing platform to the sensor, there is a multiplication and attenuation coefficient organization (such as a rod). lever system software), its hazards should be considered.
3. The selection of accuracy The selection of the accuracy level of the multihead weigher should be able to consider the regulations on the accuracy level of the weighing equipment, if this regulation can be considered. That is, if the sensor with the 2500 measurement range can meet the requirements, do not use the 3000 measurement range. In addition, electronic weighing equipment is generally composed of three major components, which are weight sensors, weighing displays and mechanical equipment parts. 4. How should some special requirements be achieved? In some weighing equipment, there may be some unique regulations. For example, in the rail scale, the elastic deformation of the multihead weigher is expected to be smaller, so that the weighing platform can be under the condition of weighing. Smaller displacements reduce shock and vibration when large trucks drive in and out of the weighing platform. In addition, when composing dynamic weighing equipment, it is inevitable to take into account the natural frequency of the commonly used multihead weigher, whether it is possible to consider the provisions for accurate dynamic measurement.
