The application of multihead weigher in the production of high-tech industries is ubiquitous, because multihead weigher itself is a solid, durable and reliable electronic product, but in order to better ensure the measurement accuracy, there are still many problems that need to be paid attention to. , then what problems should be paid attention to when applying multihead weigher? The following describes some of the multi-level problems that must be paid attention to in the application of multihead weigher: 1. The backup of the protective ground layer (such as the communication cable of the sensor, cannot be disposed in parallel with the weak current power plug or control line (such as the sensor power line and the weak current power plug and control line). The lines do not have to be placed in the same pipeline). If they must be placed in parallel, the interval between them should be kept more than 50CM, and the power supply should be fixed with a metal hose. Second, try to set some around the balance“Separator”, or cover the sensor with foil.
In this way, dirt can be prevented from contaminating the sensor and some moving parts. This type of“Dirty”Often the movement of the moving parts is uncomfortable and the weighing precision is compromised. Whether the system software is uncomfortable for fitness exercise can be judged by the following methods. That is to say, adding or subtracting about one thousandth of the rated load on the balance is reflected on the weighing display, and it is reflected, indicating that there is no part of the movement.“dirty”.
3. All power lines leading to the display information power circuit or leading from the power circuit should be shielded twisted pair wires. Shield wire and connection address should be valid. If the equipment is not grounded according to the structure of the mechanical equipment, its external grounding device, but not grounded when the shielded cables are connected to each other, is a floating device.
Note: There are 3 sensors that are fully connected in parallel. The sensor itself is a 4-wire system, but inside the terminal block, the sensor is replaced with a 6-wire system. The sensor output data signal reading power circuit should not be placed in the same casing with the thyristor, AC contactor, etc., which can have a significant impact, and the machinery and equipment together with a large number of heat sources. If this cannot be guaranteed, it should be considered. A baffle is set in the middle of the shell to protect it, and a cooling fan is installed in the box. The electronic circuit is used to accurately measure the output data signal of the sensor. It should be equipped with an independent power supply system transformer as much as possible, and it is not necessary to use the same main switching power supply with mechanical equipment such as AC contactors.
4. As far as possible, select structural components with fully automatic precise positioning (calibration) functions, such as ball rolling bearings, joint bearings, precise positioning screws, etc. They can avoid some sensors with lateral force effects. It should be noted that some lateral forces are not caused by the installation of mechanical equipment, such as thermal deformation, wind speed, and the vibration of the stirring device on the electronics of some containers, that is, not caused by the installation of mechanical equipment.
Some electronic accessories must be installed on the scale (such as the feeding tube of the utensil scale, etc.), you should make them as soft as possible on the sensor position on the spindle bearing to avoid due to them“devour”A deviation occurs due to the actual load on the sensor. 5. Level adjustment: Level adjustment includes two aspects. On the one hand, the mounting plane of a single sensor mount is leveled with a level, and on the other hand, the mounting plane of multiple sensor mounts can be adjusted to a leveling surface (with a level) when possible, especially when the sensor This is especially true in weighing equipment with more than three, as the key objective is to make the load on each sensor roughly the same.
The load position of each multihead weigher is clear, and when you use it, you must load the load position here. The transverse force, additional bending distance and torque should be minimized. 6. The sensor should choose a hinged copper core wire (section about 50mm2) to generate electrical equipment bypass, so that it will not be damaged by arc welding current or lightning strike.
When using the sensing element, care should be taken to prevent significant heat conduction, especially to one side. 7. Handle with care, especially the small volume sensor made of aluminum polyurethane elastomer, no matter what impact or fall, it is very likely to cause serious harm to its metrological verification characteristics. For a multihead weigher with a large space, under normal circumstances, its own weight is very large, so it is stipulated that moderate lifting machinery and equipment (such as hand crane, electric crane, etc.) should be used as far as possible during transportation and installation.
The mounting surface of the base on which the sensor is placed should be level and clean, free of all oil slicks, adhesive tape, etc. The placement base itself needs to have sufficient compressive strength and rigidity, and generally requires high compressive strength and bending rigidity. 8. Although the multihead weigher has a certain load capacity, during the entire weighing equipment installation process, the sensor should still be prevented from being overweight.
Note that even short-term overweight is likely to cause permanent damage to the sensor. During the installation process, if it is really necessary, you can first replace the sensor and the sensor with aspect ratio such as the sensor with the protective layer spacer, and at the end, replace the sensor. When all sensors are working properly, there should usually be an overvoltage protected mechanical device part.
If the sensor is fixed with the screw of the extruder, a certain tightening torque is specified, and the screw of the extruder needs to have a certain depth of tightening external thread. Generally speaking, a high-toughness extruder is selected for the screw of the stationary extruder. 9. In any case, the power plug and control wire should be twisted tightly, and the level should be 50 rpm/m. If you need to increase the sensor power wire, you should choose a specially manufactured sealed cable terminal.
If you do not need such a terminal, and choose to connect the cable directly to the welding seam of the cable (the edge of the welding seam), pay special attention to solving the problem of sealing and waterproofing. After connecting, check the grounding resistance and meet the specification ( 2000~5000M), if necessary, the sensor should be calibrated again. When the length of the communication cable is long, in order to ensure high measurement accuracy, a cable compensation power circuit with a wireless repeater amplifier should be considered. If the above requirements are strictly followed for practical application, the precise measurement results obtained by the application of the multihead weigher will be more accurate and convenient, and the multihead weigher will not be damaged at will, and the service life and maintenance can be guaranteed to be more reliable.
