Electronic multihead weigher troubleshooting method-repair method For detected faults, such as: abnormal power supply, damaged fuse, too loose or too tight limit gap, moisture in the junction box, debris between the scale body and the foundation, and damage to the connecting cable , joint solder joints and other faults can be dealt with on site. Troubleshooting method for electronic multihead weigher - replacement For irreparable parts such as sensor damage, instrument damage, junction box damage, cable damage, etc., only good parts can be replaced. Troubleshooting method for electronic multihead weigher-debugging All the faulty truck scales must be calibrated and debugged after they are repaired, especially after the components are replaced.

Attachment: Fault Judgment Steps 1. The method of judging whether the instrument is good or bad: if the instrument is suspected to be faulty, the following methods can be used to judge. Method 1: Connect the meter with a simulator, and observe the change of the indication value, such as whether there is drift, whether there is a display, etc. If the indication value is stable, it means that the meter is good. Method 2: Replace with a spare PCB, input the original parameters into the new PCB, and use the same method to observe the change of the indication value, so as to judge whether the instrument is faulty or not.

2. The method of judging whether the sensor is good or bad (1) The method of judging the analog sensor (the following sensors are represented by LC) to measure the resistance value:±Between EX(780)±About 5Ω,±Between Si (700)±About 2Ω, the sensor resistance value is subject to the nominal resistance value of the sensor actually used. Measured voltage value:±Si is generally 0-25 mV, after power on, the empty scale is generally 0-5 mV. Measure the insulation performance of the sensor: put the digital multimeter on the 20MΩ range, place one end of the meter stick on the shell or the shielding wire, and the other end on {±EXC,±On any one of SI}, if the multimeter shows 1, it means that the insulation resistance is infinite, and the sensor is good, otherwise it is bad.

Observe whether the sealing cover of the sensor falls off. Check whether the wires of the sensor are broken or tapped. Check each corner of the scale for four-corner error, if there is, can it be adjusted, if there is still four-corner error after adjustment, replace the sensor.

Disconnect the sensors of the scale one by one, and observe the change of the indication value. For example, if the original display drifts, but now the indication value is stable, it means that the disconnected sensor is damaged. 3. Junction box failure First open the junction box to see if it is damp? Is there any dirt? If it is damp or dirty, dry the junction box with a hair dryer, and wipe the junction box clean with alcohol cotton balls.

If the problem cannot be solved after the above treatment, replace the junction box. 4. Open the sensor cover on the scale body to check whether each LC limit has a top dead? Horizontal limit gap≤2mm, longitudinal limit≤3mm. 5. System maintenance (1) After the floor scale is installed, the instruction manual, certificate of conformity, installation drawing and other materials should be properly preserved, and it can only be put into use after passing the verification of the local metrology department or an approved metrology department.

(2) Before the system is powered on, it is necessary to check whether the grounding device of the power supply is reliable; after get off work and shutdown, the power supply must be cut off. (3) Before using the weighbridge, check whether the scale body is flexible and whether the performance of each supporting component is good. (4) The weighing display controller must be turned on and warmed up first, usually about 30 minutes.

(5) In order to ensure the accurate measurement of the system, there should be lightning protection facilities. When welding nearby, it is strictly forbidden to use the weighing platform as the zero line grounding to prevent damage to electrical components. (6) For the ground balance installed in the field, the drainage device in the foundation pit should be checked regularly to avoid blockage. (7) Keep the inside of the junction box dry. Once wet air and water droplets are immersed in the junction box, use a hair dryer to dry it.

(8) In order to ensure normal measurement, it should be calibrated regularly. (9) When hoisting and measuring heavy objects, there should be no impact phenomenon; when measuring vehicle-mounted heavy objects, the rated weighing capacity of the system should not be exceeded. (10) The axle load of the truck balance is related to factors such as sensor capacity and sensor fulcrum distance.

General truck scale prohibits short-wheelbase vehicles such as forklifts close to the scale from being overscaled. (11) Scale operators and instrument maintenance personnel need to be familiar with the instructions and relevant technical documents before they can work on the job. 6. Fault inspection and troubleshooting (1) Find the fault location: If the truck scale fails to work, first find out the fault location.

The easy way is to find out with the help of an emulator. The steps are as follows: Unplug the signal cable from the junction box to the instrument, insert the socket of the simulator (9-core D-type flat socket) into the interface J1 of the weighing display controller, turn on the power, and check whether the weighing display controller is working normally. It means that the fault lies in the weighing platform. If the weighing display controller does not work normally, the fault lies in the weighing display. The elimination of its faults must be carried out by special inspection personnel.

The above is the electronic multihead weigher troubleshooting method shared for you, I hope it can help you.
