The second-generation electronic truck scale products are also widely used in key weighing and measurement verification machinery and equipment in various fields such as coal, power engineering, metallurgical industry, seaports, and mining. As everyone knows, due to the continuous increase in the number of vehicles, the application customers of the second-generation electronic truck scale also found many problems in the application and gave feedback home. For example, the anchor bolts of the rear cover plate on the surface of the electronic truck scale platform are easy to rust and reach the ground. The heads of the foot bolts are ground flat, and it is not easy to remove during maintenance; the limit switch of the electronic truck scale is built-in, so it is not easy to observe and clear the problem in normal times; the gap between the scale platform is easy to leak smoke and dust, and it is easy to deposit for a long time. At the bottom of the weighing platform, it will endanger the weighing and measurement verification of the truck scale. In addition, due to the lack of reasonable plan planning at the level of standardization and generalization, it is also unfavorable for large-scale mass production in the processing process.
According to some problems of the second-generation electronic truck scale, in 2003, our company developed and designed the third-generation modular design electronic platform scale. The third-generation modular design electronic platform scale adopts modular design, integration, The design concept of standardized, generalized and parametric design enables it to fully meet the application requirements of customers. Its main features are: a. Use the template picture to make the structure according to the drawing size, irrigate the concrete so that the upper surface of the basic board service platform is flush with the basic board surface.
